What are you Inspired by for the bright future of NbC?
I am incredibly inspired by the exciting growth journey our company is embarking on, with not only new locations, but many Owners expanding their operations as well. By expanding our presence through new locations, we will naturally see an increasing amount of new Team Members across the Bakery system to accommodate growth. As we continue to grow and evolve, I am particularly excited by the opportunity to positively impact the Bakeries and their Team Members in a meaningful way. As Learning and Development professionals, we hold a profound opportunity to shape individuals' careers and guide them through their journey within our company. By providing comprehensive training programs, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities, we empower Team Members to grow both personally and professionally. By continually developing NbC processes and procedures and providing enriching learning content, we not only enhance our operational efficiency but also foster a supportive environment for Owners and their teams to thrive. I am excited to see how our collective efforts will contribute to our bright future and empower everyone within our growing organization the opportunity to reach their full potential.
