Megan Unkenholz is the Senior Training Manager on the Learning & Development team at Nothing Bundt Cakes, bringing six years with the brand and 25 years of professional experience to her role. She leads the training team and supports Learning & Development through the ongoing enhancement of training materials and the design of resources for new initiatives. She has also partnered cross-functionally on multiple chapters of the Operations Manual, helping further strengthen and clarify brand standards.
