Eric Boenig is the Learning and Development Director of Systems and Content and Nothing Bundt Cakes, bringing 3.5 years with the brand and 31 years of professional experience to his role. He takes pride in developing and managing programs and systems that help people learn and grow. His goal is to have team members, managers, owners, and the support center to be able to use GatherRound efficiently and get the information they need. Eric loves Red Velvet and the pop-up Chocolate Turtle but is even more excited when figuring out how a process can be improved or more easily understood.
