Joel Larkin is the Chief Development Officer at Nothing Bundt Cakes, bringing more than 20 years of franchise development and operations experience to the role. He joined the brand in October 2024 and leads the company’s continued expansion, with a focus on identifying and supporting new franchise partners while strengthening resources for existing Bakery Owners. Prior to Nothing Bundt Cakes, Joel served as Chief Franchise and Development Officer at European Wax Center, where he helped oversee the brand’s expansion to more than 1,000 locations, and he also held senior leadership roles at Victra and Select Communications. Joel is especially energized by the opportunity to help scale a brand that already has such a strong emotional connection with its guests, using thoughtful expansion and data-driven market planning to deepen community impact and support the brand’s continued growth.
