GAYLORD TEXAN HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to reserve a room. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least three (3) working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.
HOTEL INFORMATION
- The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), and 25 minutes away from Love Field (DAL).
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM (local time)
- On-site parking is offered at a discounted rate of $17 plus tax, per day for Conference attendees. Valet parking fee is $42 plus tax, per day. In and out privileges are for overnight guests only.
- There are a variety of restaurants available on property.
