Golf: Nothing Bundt Cakes 2026 Conference

DETAILS
The Tournament is a scramble, with a shot-gun start at 7:30 AM; please plan to arrive by 7:15 AM. The playing format is a TEAM SCRAMBLE EVENT.

All players tee off from their designated tees.
The team then selects the best tee shot, and all team members play their next shot from that position.
Each team member must place his/her ball within one club length from the ball chosen, no closer to the hole.
This process continues throughout until the ball is holed

Entry into the tournament is $210 (when not included as part of a sponsorship package).

CLUBS
Golf club rentals are available for $133.10 per golfer (including taxes and fees) and include a sleeves of balls. Rentals should be purchased in advance through the registration site.

The golf course offers Left-Handed Ladies, Right-Handed Ladies, Left-Handed Men’s, and Right-Handed Men’s available for rent.

If you are bringing your own clubs, please make sure you have a bag tag with your name and contact information on it. If you store your clubs at the bell desk prior to the Tournament, please make sure you retrieve them and bring them with you to the shuttle bus on Monday morning.

RULES

USGA Rules will govern all play.
All out of bounds are marked by white stakes, boundary fences and curbs of street.
Each player must have his/her own set of clubs and bag.
Maximum of 2 players and 2 bags per cart.
Tee Options are Black-290, Silver-270, Blue-250, Golf-185

ETIQUETTE - EVERY PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY

Proper attire must be worn at all times.
Players are reminded to sand divots and repair ball marks.
Soft spikes or tennis shoes are strongly recommended.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Breakfast and coffee will be provided at the course; please make sure you arrive with enough time to eat prior to tee off. Lunch will be served post tournament with buses departing shortly after the awards ceremony. Dietaries will be accommodated based on those submitted during the registration process.

This spectacular championship golf course has stone markers throughout highlighting Dallas Cowboys history as well as a beautiful clubhouse featuring replica Super Bowl trophies, rings and other Cowboys memorabilia.

TRANSPORTATION
On your registration form, you can indicate if you plan to take the provided shuttle or if you will make your own travel arrangements to the golf course.

Shuttle departures to Cowboys golf course are listed below. If you selected to bring your golf clubs, please make sure you pick them up for the bellmen stand prior to boarding the bus.

Departure 1: 6:30 AM – This departure is available for anyone who would like to utilize the driving range prior to the tournament starting.
Departure 2: 6:50 AM – If you do not plan to utilize the driving range, please take the 6:50am departure.

NbC FAMILY FUND
During the Golf Tournament we are raising funds for the NbC Family Fund. The sole purpose of the Family Fund is to aid all Team Members of the NbC system and their families who are impacted by an emergency, disaster, or personal hardship, including situations involving death, medical emergency, financial emergency, and physical or natural disasters.
