HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The NbC Conference room rate at the Loews Hotel is $249/night plus taxes and fees.  We encourage you to book early to secure the best rates.

Reservations should be made using this link, or by calling 1-800-235-6397 and referencing the Nothing Bundt Cakes Conference.  Please note the official Conference room block rate is available on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. Nights outside of the room block dates may be available at other rates depending on hotel availability.

DEADLINE
Reservations at the Conference rate are available until WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25 or until the room block is full - whichever comes first. We encourage you to book promptly to ensure availability.     

HOTEL INFORMATION

• The hotel is approximately 12 miles away from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), and approximately 22 miles from Dallas Love Field (DAL) . 
• Self-parking is $29 per car (no in/out privileges). Valet parking is $39 per car, per night. NbC Conference attendees can get a $9 discount per day off the published parking rates if they have a room in the Conference room block. 
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM (local time)
• There are a variety of restaurants available on and around the property.
